YOUTH WORLD AND CONGRESS TEAM QUALIFICATIONS AND INFORMATION

Directions for the Letter of Intent:

  • Fill out a Letter of Intent for one or both teams: Click here for World Show and Click here for Congress.
  • Send letter to Melissa Blake-Butler by May 1st of that calendar year.
  • A confirmation of receipt post card should be received within two weeks. If not, contact Melissa Blake-Butler to make sure she received the letter(s).

    • What you need to do:

  • Attend three ESQHYA meetings by July of that calendar year.
  • Make sure you pay your membership dues no later than May 1st of that calendar year.
  • You must attend both ESQHYA sponsored shows and show in at least one of them.

  • Attention all committee chairmen and members - Please bring your committee binders and ideas to the meeting
  • Remember you must attend three meetings prior to November 15th to be eligible for year end awards
  • Make sure you review the bylaws that are located here. If you have any questions, contact any one of the officers
  • If you are a member of ESQHYA and are not receiving a newsletter please let Melissa Butler know of this to solve this problem
