ESQHYA Meeting
The meeting was called to order at 5:23pm.
Absent officers and directors include Todd Bednarek, Erica Wilson, Jordan Edwards, Ashlee Streeter, and Danielle Hannifin.
Committee Reports:
□ Awards: The saddles were ordered and they are $575 a piece.
Old Business:
□ The total amount we got for the candle sale was $2005.00 and we get half of that.
□ We are gong to try tractor supply for us to do a car wash.
□ Amanda Wendt made a motion to have a 50/50 raffle Sunday June 10th and it was seconded by Nicole Thomas.
□ Courtney made a motion to have a Trainer Equitation at the July Show and it was seconded by Amanda Wendt.
□ Rebecca Allen made a motion to have Izzy Dizzy at the July Show.
□ Amanda Wendt made a motion to have a lottery basket that will be raffled off, it was seconded by Hilary Huttleston.
□ Lori Scanlon is donating the hotdogs for the July show for us to do. Amanda Wendt made a motion to have the hotdogs on Sunday evening and it was seconded by Rebecca Allen.
□ We made $564.85 on the Nutrena Tags.
New Business:
□ Any National World Show Qualifiers need to give papers to Missy.
□ The AQHYA is having a boot and Jeans decoration Contest if anyone wants to do the contest to see Missy Butler soon.
