NEW BUSINESS:
□ World Show Uniforms: These will all depend on the success of our June Show as well as our Congress Uniforms. Anyone who has ideas needs to look for prices and bring them back to the June Meeting for the World Show.

We are doing saddles for Circuit Awards for the
July Show.
□ Anyone interested in finding sponsors as a fundraiser there is a sponsorship sheet on the website under forms.
□ The feed tag deadline was today and all were turned into Lisa.
□ The food booth at our July Show will be run by the youth club. Linda Wendt and Linda Thompson are going to coordinate the food booth and line up workers. However the hours worked in there do no count for working hours. A menu was passed around for everyone to give input on and a request for donations were made for water and pop.
□ Anyone interested in getting more truck tickets should see Amanda Wendt at the end of the meeting. We recently obtained 250 more tickets.
□ The candle orders were due today; those who didn’t turn them in must turn them in by Monday at the latest.
□ A car wash was discussed as possible fundraiser, and it was stated that if a fundraiser is done at a Wal-Mart parking lot they will match what we make. Some youth said they would look into it at their local Wal-Mart.
